payment policy

Payment is due when we do the dentistry. A 5% discount is offered if you prepay. Prepaying may be necessary to get an appointment should you fail to appear or to cancel an appointment. If you have dental insurance, we will help you recover the maximum from your insurance company. Remember, you chose the company and your financial arrangement is primarily with them. We try to recover the treatment costs as a courtesy though it takes a lot of our staff’s time. If your insurance company refuses to pay their part of the cost, you need to address this with them. Occasionally fixing your teeth properly is outside the insurance limit. We care for your teeth. There are other options for paying for dental treatment, such as saving up, borrowing money to pay for treatment, or using dental fee credit plan.

to make an appointment

Call us and tell us what’s wrong or what’s worrying you. To save time on your first visit, we can send you paperwork ahead of time. We’ll give you our first available appointment. Our priorities are with patients who attend regularly or are pre-scheduled.

We take your privacy seriously. This includes your personal financial,medical, and dental information. We keep minimum information about you on our computers, which are protected by the latest firewalls and anti-viral software. We make every effort to keep your consultations and financial transactions private. Our staff is trained to keep your dental, medical, and financial issues confidential.
